CAHPS® Hospital Survey (HCAHPS) Training Registration
I. General Registration Information

Please note that 2024 HCAHPS Training will be conducted as two-day training via webinar. Day 1 will be held on Tuesday, May 7 and Day 2 will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST each day. Organizations must attend both days of training to fulfill HCAHPS requirements.

You must register to have access to the training sessions by completing the information below. The contact person at your organization who is identified on your training registration, will receive an email confirmation with information on the training sessions the week prior to training. Please add HCAHPS Technical Assistance email (hcahps@hsag.com) to your Contacts list to ensure receipt of important training notifications.

At a minimum, the Project Manager and key staff for survey operations are required to attend the training session(s); however, it is strongly suggested that all staff involved in the HCAHPS Survey administration process participate in the training.
